3. Access to the Site

5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

5.1. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

5.2. Any breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.

6. User Contributions

6.1. The Site may contain interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials ("User Contributions").

6.2. Any User Contribution you post to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing a User Contribution, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Contribution in connection with the Site and our charitable purposes.

6.3. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your User Contributions and have the right to grant the licence above. You also represent that your User Contributions are accurate, do not violate these Terms, and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

6.4. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Contributions for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, such material violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6.5. You are solely responsible for your User Contributions and their accuracy. We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of the Site.

7. Reliance on Information & Disclaimer

7.1. The Content on our Site is provided for general information, academic research, and educational purposes only. It is not intended to amount to professional or archaeological advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the Content on our Site.

7.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the archaeological and historical data presented. However, the nature of archaeological research means that interpretations and data are subject to revision. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the Content on our Site is accurate, complete, or up to date.

7.3. The inclusion of any links to third-party websites is for your convenience only and does not imply endorsement. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. Limitation of Liability

16. Severability
